Each subcommittee is a space for members to organize deeply, act strategically, and bring their lived experience into the fight.

Love and Liberation
Love and Liberation was founded by two mothers who could no longer look away from the devastating images of children and families suffering in Gaza. As mothers, they saw their own children in those faces. What began as two mothers coming together has grown into a diverse group of individuals from all walks of life, working together to bring change. Small acts of awareness and advocacy have become a focused mission: scaling direct aid. In a crisis where control and access are limited, Love and Liberation believes that direct aid is the most immediate and compassionate way to make a tangible impact.
Love and Liberation welcomes everyone who refuses to stay silent in the face of injustice. Operating as both a grassroots humanitarian initiative and a proud subcommittee of MDR, they raise urgent funds to help families survive and evacuate, beginning with the Mousa family.
